Each item in our shop is handmade with care, just for you. Because of this, please allow up to three (3) weeks for processing before your order ships. This time allows us to thoughtfully create each piece to ensure the quality and attention to detail you deserve.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on the carrier selected at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, including weather-related or operational delays beyond our control.

Additionally, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim.
